Mill Therapy Centre
My name is Lesley and my aim is to support you, in getting back to feeling yourself and to living a life that you feel happier in.
I will offer a warm, non judgemental space, where you can feel safe to talk through anything that may be troubling you. I will listen with care and compassion, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you can move through the pain or 'stuckness' that bought you to counselling. As a person-centred therapist, it is important to me, that you remain in control of sessions. I will be alongside you all the way, but it is your space, you decide what is important for you to work on.
