Please note that Mill Therapy is not a crisis service and we would advice anyone who feels at risk to themselves or others to contact their GP or visit their local A&E. The Samaritans is a 24/7 crisis service on 116 123 and Shout is a text service on 85258

Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £50 per session. Most people chose to attend weekly session, however for various reasons, some prefer fortnightly. 

* I do offer a limited number of concession rate sessions, for students and those on low income - please ask about this when you contact me 

** Payment made by bank transfer or cash.

      - I know life can be unpredictable at times and you may need to                cancel an appointment, however please note cancellations                      with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged at the full rate
