I will offer a warm, non judgemental space, where you can feel safe to talk through anything that may be troubling you. I will listen with care and compassion, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you can move through the pain or 'stuckness' that bought you to counselling. As a person-centred therapist, it is important to me, that you remain in control of sessions. I will be alongside you all the way, but it is your space, you decide what is important for you to work on.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and a Diploma in Supervision.

I set up Mill Therapy Centre in 2015, alongside running clinics in a local GP surgery. I spent almost 4 years working for a charity offering counselling to children and young people. More recently, I have worked online supporting a diverse group of adults.

I have keen interest is in Self-esteem and how this can impact all areas of our life, family, relationships and work.
