Lesley Ballard @ Mill Therapy

Welcome

Hi I'm Lesley,

I'm guessing you arrived here because things aren't feeling ok. Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we just need a space to work through things.

My job is to help you navigate the thoughts and feelings, that for whatever reason you feel unable to do on your own or with friends and family. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, with a particular interest in self-worth and the impact it has on all areas of our lives. Other experience includes working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Bereavement, Chronic Illness, Depression, Family conflict, Relationship issues and those who have experienced Trauma.

I work with Children (from 4 years), Young People and Adults, both long and short term.

I am a Trauma informed therapist and have experience in the charity sector, GP surgery, and online. I have been in private practice for 7 years. I work from my private therapy room, either face to face, via video call or on the phone - whichever suits you!

Please note: video call and phone are only suitable for young people and adults

I have a BSc (Hons) in Person-centred Counselling and Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Supervision. I am an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists)  and abide by their code of Ethics - link at the bottom of the page.

I undertake regular supervision and CPD.

If you feel like I might be someone you can work, I am here and looking forward to hearing from you. For my  fees and contact info, please see about and contact tabs at the top of the page. For anyone looking for supervision, please click on that page for further info.
